Privacy Policy
How FundingBoard processes personal data. Personal data protection is handled separately from project confidentiality.
This document is being finalised with FundingBoard's legal counsel. The structure below is prepared so the approved legal text can be inserted without changing the platform. No legal terms are invented in the meantime.
Privacy is not the same as confidentiality
Privacy / GDPR governs how personal data is processed and protected. The NDA is not a substitute for GDPR compliance.
Confidentiality / NDA protects your project information, trade secrets, intellectual property and business information.
Structure prepared for approved text
- Controller identity and contact: ADDITIO d.o.o., Dobja vas 253, 2390 Ravne na Koroškem, Slovenia, info@fundingboard.eu.
- Categories of personal data: account and contact data, organisation profile, request metadata, technical log data.
- Purposes and legal bases: contract performance, legitimate interest in platform security, consent where required.
- Recipients and subprocessors, as listed on the Subprocessors page.
- International transfers and safeguards, where applicable.
- Retention: technical retention periods per the configurable retention framework, published once verified.
- Data subject rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, complaint to the supervisory authority.
Your controls
Signed-in users can review accepted agreements, export available account data and request account deletion under Settings → Privacy & Data.
