Project Confidentiality & NDA

Every private FundingBoard project is covered by a project-specific confidentiality agreement, accepted before confidential project information is processed.

This document is being finalised with FundingBoard's legal counsel. The structure below is prepared so the approved legal text can be inserted without changing the platform. No legal terms are invented in the meantime.

How the contractual chain works

  • Customer ↔ FundingBoard: the project confidentiality agreement you accept per project.
  • FundingBoard ↔ Approved expert: every expert signs the FundingBoard Expert Confidentiality & NDA Agreement.
  • You never need to negotiate a separate NDA with an individual expert.
  • Experts receive access only to the project information necessary for the assigned review, and access is revocable.

Versioning

Each acceptance is recorded against the NDA version in force at that time and linked to the specific project. If the agreement changes materially, existing projects keep the version originally accepted — new terms are never applied retroactively without a new acceptance.
