Where FundingBoard processes personal data on behalf of a customer organisation, these processing terms apply.
This document is being finalised with FundingBoard's legal counsel. The structure below is prepared so the approved legal text can be inserted without changing the platform. No legal terms are invented in the meantime.
Structure prepared for approved text
- Subject matter, duration, nature and purpose of processing.
- Categories of data subjects and personal data.
- Processor obligations: instructions, confidentiality of personnel, security measures.
- Authorised subprocessors and the notification process for changes.
- Assistance with data subject requests and with breach notification.
- Deletion or return of personal data at the end of the service.
- Audit and information rights.
Confidentiality of personnel and experts
FundingBoard experts are bound by the FundingBoard Expert Confidentiality & NDA Agreement and receive access only to the specific project assigned to them for a requested review.
