AI-assisted analysis is central to FundingBoard. This notice states exactly what happens to your project content.
What FundingBoard commits to
- Your proposal remains yours. You keep all rights to your project content.
- Your confidential project content is processed only to provide the FundingBoard services you request.
- FundingBoard does not use your confidential project or proposal content to train FundingBoard AI models.
- AI requests are sent to the providers listed under Legal & Privacy → Subprocessors. Their own retention conditions apply.

Lovable AI Gateway
Conditions not independently verifiedRoutes AI requests from FundingBoard to the model provider.
Processes requests on behalf of FundingBoard to deliver the requested analysis. Retention conditions follow the provider agreement.
Google Gemini models
Conditions not independently verifiedGenerates funding assessments, matching results and proposal analyses.
Model-provider retention and training conditions are governed by the provider agreement and are not independently verified by FundingBoard.
What FundingBoard does not claim
FundingBoard does not claim that third-party AI providers never retain or never train on submitted data. Where a provider condition has not been contractually and technically verified, this notice says so. The statement that FundingBoard does not train its own models on your confidential content applies to FundingBoard only.
Analytics and logging
Confidential proposal text, uploaded document content and technical project descriptions are not sent to analytics systems and are not written to application or error logs. Events and logs use project identifiers and technical metadata instead of project content.
